Material - Mild Steel Strips coated with zinc
Honeycomb - The Honeycomb is made by weaving strips of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5cms with the help of steel rods of dia .35cms. The Honeycomb works to trap the top dressing and spread it uniformly.
Length - 6 feet (for Greens), 6 feet (for fairways)
Width - 3 feet (for Greens), 6 feet (for fairways)
Pulling Arrangements - The Honeycomb is secured at the two ends by 1 1/4"X1 1/41" Angle Iron and the two are strongly revitted together. At one end, Handle with Steel Wire Rope is attached for pulling the Dragmat.
Employment - After carrying out the Coring/Dethatching of the specified area and having applied the top dressing, accurate leveling can be achieved by using the Dragmat pulled by either 2x men or by hooking it behind a Golf Cart. For the fairway, a larger size Dragmat (6' x 6') can be pulled by the Tractor.
Maintenance - After the use, the Dragmat should be thoroughly cleaned and once a year painted with Aluminium paint to enhance its life.
